     Define “janky”?

     I play as stealth archer and it’s smooth as silk.
     No issues, no stutter, and on par with Skyrim stealth archer.

     Maybe a settings issue?

       Takes forever to draw an arrow and you can beat everything just by climbing on top of something and watching the dumb AI not knowing what to do, you dont need stealth at all in this. Game is clearly only balanced for the sword fighting

     Probably your AV deleted something. This release works perfectly for me and about 6 friends.
     Issue is most likely on your side.

    For corrupted game file, if you have swapped the DLSS file to a more recent, revert to the original file the first time you launch the game after update
