     yes this is possible with the DLC. its not easy to ride outside with dildo installed, maybe police arrest you, we realize that, so we want our players to experience the freedom they desire. In fact we made it so its not possible to go out without even a cloth over your face recently, so in this game, you can. Its all possible here.

   ride a bicycle or you can
   pretend you are riding a bicycle

   i hope its clear
   this game, just like the ayaya games where you have a virtual girlfriend will make your whole physical life easier by making it virtual. See if you are unhappy about your current bicycle, or girlfriend (haha nice one i know im good) or the size of your peepee, you can change all that in the virtual, but aint so easy in the physical.

   SO JUST FOGET PHYSICAL
