For those who, like me, don’t find how to change the language :
You have to past the language file (for example fr_fr for the french one) to the game folder : The Great Circle/base/sound/externalsources/pc.
And after, go to “steam_settings” folder and change “english” to “french” in the “configs..ini” file.
Enjoy.
