try this,,
You should move these 3 below to DesertLegend_Data\Plugins\x86_64
1.DesertLegend_Data\Plugins\steam_settings(Floder)
2.steam_api64.dll
3.steam_api64_original.dll

after that,
open DLC text and paste this
1849490=Sands of Salzaar – Champion of Chaos

then it will work.
