     In the folder where the game is installed, delete all files have ‘RUSSIAN’ word in the name. I hope problem is solved.

   This is not in english, somehow I have changed the text language to english but there is no option to change the language of dialogues………. disappointed

   I have deleted all the files in the installation folder having the word ‘RUSSIAN’ in the name… and my problem is solved. Now I can play the game in English.

     rise of the tomb raider looks and plays better,
     1080p projector 69″ nvidia DSR 2.5x + DLAA tweaks to force it , now that’s a way to play the game ,
     cheap projector Apeman CL650 or something for 80+- euros and it has 12-bit colors ,
     which youtube seems to think is absolutely fine to play HDR videos with , it detects it as a HDR one

   To change the game language to English just go to steam_settings folder and open force_language and change it from russian to english.
